Brandon Day
Donation protected
Hey, My names Miles and i'm looking to raise some money for CombatStress. In memory of Brandon Day.
While Brandon was not in the military, it clearly laid very close to his heart having this as his only direct debit.
Brandon (23) was a real one of a kind bloke, more like family to anyone he found him self friends with, his personality was contagious and his laughter being shared across all corners of any room he entered.
Brandon was an outgoing and courageous person, he found peace in the outdoors, mentioning to me how he wanted to start climbing mountains and sending videos of all the new gear he had bought to finally get the chance in completing a summit. Unfortunately Brandon didn't get the chance to fore-fill this dream so in memory of Brandon Myself and a close friend will be attempting to take a piece of his adventurous side and leave it at the top of one of the most scenic climbs i could find.
As you can see in some of these photos, just how much of a humorous lad he was, not caring about what others thought and just trying to make everyone laugh around him.
Sadly Brandon had a slight accident on Friday 9th May and this lead to his mental health rapidly declining again, He went missing for around 5 days and we had people all around south east England looking for him friends, Family, loved ones even strangers who had heard of Brandons disappearance, Unfortunately on Wednesday 15th May Brandons body was found deceased, Tragically one of our boys and a man loved very much by an amazing family had took his own life.
In Memory of Brandon, Myself and His Father (Stuart) along with a few other close friends and family will be climbing Helvellyn (lake District) to carry on a dream he had longed to fulfil
All funds donated will be going to Brandons Charity, CombatStress to support with Military personnel struggling with mental health.
I would greatly appreciate any donations to help the CombatStress Charity and carry on his love to an amazing cause.
Thank you.
