Help Tito recover

My dear brother and his family are experiencing major hardship. He just had his second spinal fusion surgery to repair a second major disc herniation. The evening just before his surgery an inattentive driver hit him and totaled his car. Of course, insurance covers the value and he owes more than the value of the car. He can barely walk, he will be out of work for at least 8 weeks, he has to buy a new car, and he has a slew of medical bills piling up. There is also some serious doubt as to how long he will be able to work then he returns and he is the sole income earner for his family. He and his wife and their two children, 11 and 9 years old. We are asking for whatever help we can get.
