Hi everyone! My name is Makenna Kummer and I am currently a 3rd year student majoring in Biology at the University of California Santa Barbara. I do not know the exact career path I wish to take, however I am headed towards pursing my passion in the health/medical field. I have been given an amazing opportunity to go on a volunteer medical service trip to Baja, Mexico from March 20-26th with my pre-health sorority, Rho Psi Eta. We will be giving medical assistance at a clinic to those who cannot afford medical care. This trip would be an unforgettable opportunity that would allow me to get hands on clinical experience, while making an impact on the lives of underserved families.
