Parking Lot for Church, drainage

Our Church oringinated in the YMCA, and later after 17yrs. constructed a new facility in May of 2007, with trouble from general contractor that left us with the difficult task of continuing construction ourselves, and with depleted funds.  We were finally a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy, May 22, 2011, with the condition of of a costly bimonthly fee until completion of a parking lot that will  satisfy requiements or Final Certificate of Occupancy.
        Our desire is to motivate our community in a way that will make a positve impact by providing a place of learning and worship.   After so many years of abandoned, neglected, and trash covered land that now has been cleaned, has happened as a result of the construction of our churc h.   A local city park that was also negelcted has now been revitalized because of our determined efforts that has now brought  a since of pride to this community.  Our goal is to continue even in the midst of the many obstacles we face.
