As I sit here and write this I feel empty. Cheresa and I started this journey years ago. Always hoping we would make it to transplant. After 7 years on dialysis and more surgeries than I can count...Cheresa has reached the point where her body is tired and she is ready to transition. Nobody can ever be fully prepared for this type of situation. We are raising money at this point for her Memorial Service. Any donations in the way of time, friendship, support or anything else are so very appreciated!
