N.L.O.A. Board member Residence burned down

On behalf of the National Latino Officers Association of America, we are asking all our members & friends of long-time N.L.O.A. Board member & Retired New York State Corrections Officer, Melvin 'Moe' Marrero, for any donations that you can.
*His residence was recently involved in a fire in Yonkers, NY on March 08, 2023 where he lost everything & one fatality. Moe was not at his home when this fire occurred, he was, luckily in the hospital, and is as good as he can be under the circumstances.
Those of you who know 'Moe', know how much time he has contributed to the N.L.O.A., his community & the New York State Corrections Officers and always going out of his way to help anyone in need, at whatever time. We ask you all now to please contribute any amount that you can for one of our own to assist him in his time of need. All donations will be used for clothing, food & living expenses.
A Prayer for Strength and Encouragement
Lord, like David, I need your encouragement in a time of trial and anguish. Thank you that you are always on the throne, always my God, ready to save. Thank you for being the same God to me that you were to David. Thank you for always being near and always rescuing me from my fears and hurts. Lord, help me remember that daybreak might be just ahead, that this trial will not last forever. Fill me with hope that daybreak is coming and that your love will always prevail!
