Support Needed for Custody Battle Retainer

It really embarrasses me to ask for help, but here goes nothing. As some of you may know, I've been in a custody battle with my son's father for some time now. His father and I have shared 50/50 custody since he was almost 3 years old. Now that he is in kindergarten, he must live primarily with one of us to go to school, while the other gets every other weekend and holidays. Fighting my son's father has already cost tens of thousands of dollars in attorney fees, and I've exhausted all of my options for borrowing money and can no longer afford to pay out of pocket.

We have a trial scheduled to start next week and I must come up with the money for another retainer for my attorney to continue representing me. I decided to create a GoFundMe to see if there is any way my friends and family would be willing to help me raise the money to see this fight through to the end. Any support you are able to offer would be immensely helpful. Unfortunately, I'm also on a short timeline and will need to pay the retainer within the next few days.
