Let's get Rick home

Rick has a foreign country traveling soul and loves going on adventures to New and exciting places. This time he lost more than usual. He's working at a hotel for a free room and one meal a day. If you know him he can't live on one meal a day. Rick is also sick and I'm worried about him going into a hospital in a foreign country... I've been there and done that adds it's not good.
