This is to help Jay Chemelli , (owner of Bear Neccessities Vending) get back on his feet and help with the medical costs this is going to incur wihtout insurance. Jay is a very good friend of mine, like family. He fell off a roof on Friday 1/15 about 25 feet and broke his pelvis and is pretty banged up. Its a long road ahead.
This puts him on the side lines from working and He is going to be in Buffalo for 6 months recovering. He is going to have surgery on Monday 1/18. Michelle is with him in Buffalo NY at the ECMC Hospital. He is in pain but he is hanging in there.
If you can give even just $5 or $10 or give more to help our Friend. Lets see how fast we can raise $20K to start, its going to cost much more, but anything we can do to help is going to go a long way.
