MAKE A DIFFERENCE FOR MATT

When our children fly the nest, we are always concerned about their welfare and safety, but we are happy when they want to go on adventures and broaden their horizons and we embrace the excitement that they have for their future.
When my sister, Sue Cotton, said goodbye to her son, Matt, as he left for the States, none of us expected that we would soon hear the most terrible news on February 9th.
Matt was hit by a car in San Francisco and is at present in a hospital trauma unit being cared for by an amazing team of professionals. He has not yet regained consciousness and Sue has today flown out to him. (Feb 12th)
At this point, we do not know the extent of the care that he will need, only that Sue hopes to be able to bring him back to the UK with medical support.
I hope that between us we can give Sue some financial support in this awful time. We don’t know how long she will be in the States and what the financial implications will be in the future, but every little bit we can give for her and Matt will help.
