In Honor of Carmine Fusco
Donation protected
If you are visiting this page, by now you know that Carmine Fusco has lost his year-long battle fighting pancreatic cancer. He fought fervently with everything he had, but in the end, his body knew enough was enough. Every single day since his diagnosis on February 5, 2020, he was in debilitating pain. Very few people knew of his sickness as that was his wish. He didn't want people feeling sorry for him or treating him differently, and deep down he hoped he could beat this horrible disease.
Providing for his family and his staff and their families was his top priority and even in this hospital whether he was getting chemotherapy or in for a special procedure, he was trying to keep his business going...making phone calls from his hospital bed to his staff, ordering supplies, etc. In the end, his mind started to give and he just couldn't physically or mentally continue. While Renee did her best to keep the business operating, her number one priority became caring for him 24/7.
In lieu of flowers, we've generated this campaign to raise funds for Carmin's son Evan's college pursuit of becoming a commercial pilot in addition to the medical expenses that have been mounting over the past year. Our preference is to not set a goal, however, gofundme does not allow that, which is why we set the dollar amount to $1. I'm sure any donation would be appreciated by the family. They have been overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and support that has been shown to them already. Let's continue to pray for their healing as they mourn such an incredible, loving man . Carmin....you will be profoundly missed!
