Hi, my name is Wayne and my fiancé, Elizabeth, recently brought to my attention something very saddening.

Elizabeth, being a Registered Nurse and supervisor at a Suffolk County medical center which homes 38 children and young adults permanently, due to lifelong heath conditions. Some of these conditions include wheelchair, ventilator, and bed dependency. These children are in desperate need of a smart board and basic school supplies because they are unable to leave the facility to go to school.

Please let’s continue the holiday spirit and grant these wishes for these children.
