Hi, my name is Enzo! I recently tore my ACL, MCL and Meniscus doing what I love the most, playing soccer.

I have surgery scheduled on the 24th for ACL reconstruction and lateral and medial meniscus repair! Due to my residency status with my program here in the US, I am not eligible to receive health insurance and have to pay out of pocket for the procedure. What I am asking for will cover, the x-ray and MRI I've had done, pre-op exam, facility fees for the procedure, Dr fees, anesthesia fees, a follow-up post-surgery with my doctor and a session of physical therapy all of which I am having to pay out of pocket.

A bit about myself, I coach at Salvo Soccer Club in Minnesota, I have a girl's team and recently picked up a boy's team for the summer so I have a packed schedule and I wouldn't want it any other way. This procedure will get me back on the field doing what I love the most, coaching, playing and living my life.
