Who this will help

On December 6, 2023 Karen fell off her roof and broke her back, many ribs and a thumb. The break was between T 7 & 8, and they fused T 4-11. She broke 15 (of 24) ribs, currently has no feeling below her belly button and has a long road ahead of her. She is headed to Spokane, WA this week and will be there several months for inpatient and outpatient rehab.

Karen is the sole guardian for her three-year-old granddaughter. For now, this GoFundMe will help with medical expenses for Karen, and child care expenses for her granddaughter. We want her to be able to focus on her recovery without the added worry of finances.
