My name is Victoria, and I am creating this fundraiser for my little brother. Justin is a 22-year-old father who was shot while walking home from the store just before New Year’s. Justin was shot several times, including a gunshot wound to the head. There was no gang affiliation, and police believe this is a terrible case of mistaken identity. With lots of love and prayers surrounding him, he survived against all odds. There have been several complications, and he was in and out of ICU for the first several months since the shooting. Taking it day to day, he is in the process of an uphill battle to recovery and making it back to being with his son. He is fighting every day to make progress, and we are trying to get him into a special facility for patients with his type of injuries.
