needing your help please

Hi friends im in need of some assistancein finding a place to stay while taking care of some health matters ,,,, the doctors have found a murmor in my heart that he doesnt like the sound of ,,, seems I stop breathing while im sleeping ,,,, so they want to hook up an watch like device that monitors oxygen intake ,and wanting to place a defibulator under the skin in my chest,, that jump start my hear when this happens ,, im also in need for hip replacement ,,,,with my current health situation im physically unable to work in the capasity that i was previuosly able too any , and all assistance will be greatly apreciatedmy friends and paid forward when I get back on my feet ......
