Hi, my name is Nicole. I’m a self-employed full-time pet sitter. My Chihuahua mix broke her leg January 15, 2024. My sweet girl broke her leg just jumping up happy to see me when I walked in the front door and landed wrong. It was a freak accident.

I have spent over $4000 over the last 8 weeks on splinting her leg and veterinary bills in regards to the broken leg. I just found out yesterday the splinting didn’t allow her leg to grow back together. She needs surgery that’s $6000. I am tapped out financially after already spending over $4000 to fix her. Now surgery is the only option.
