Nick Spaulding Memorial Scholarship Fund 2021

Greetings!

In 2014 our friend and brother, Nick Spaulding, tragically passed away in a car accident. Nick was a collegiate soccer player at Transylvania University, and a gifted finance student. His untimely death caused immeasurable sadness, but it also created incredible resilience. In the wake of this tragedy, his friends and family got together and created a scholarship fund as part of an ongoing effort to preserve his legacy, and to celebrate his memory. Nick's scholarship helps one deserving student-athlete at Transylvania University further his or her education, and play the sport that they love.

Every year, we create a gofundme page in order to raise money for Nick's namesake scholarship at Transylvania University. We also play a memorial soccer game at Seneca Park in Louisville, KY on Thanksgiving morning. While last year's game was postponed as a safety precaution during the COVID-19 pandemic, we have every intention of returning to the field this year! We would love nothing more than your support, both to the scholarship fund, and if possible, at the Thanksgiving Memorial Game!
