Support Matt's Fight for Recovery

UPDATE - September 14th

As of now, Matt is still on a very long road to recovery. He has had multiple surgeries and tests to help determine the conditions of his brain, digestive and respiratory systems. We were also informed that Matt has a sever TBI (traumatic brain injury) affecting his whole brain. Doctors are still not sure what the outcome will be, so we ask to please keep him in your thoughts and prayers. We are having a fundraiser today, Sept 14 at the Deerfield American Legion to show support - we hope to see you there!

For those who don't already know, my uncle Matt was in a serious car accident early this morning August 6th, 2024.

Many of you may know Matt as a funny, outgoing man. But to me, he is soft hearted, selfless and a damn good cook!

Tragically, he sustained life threatening injuries and is currently in the ICU fighting for his life. At this time, Matthew does not have any sort of health, or life insurance.

Though he has already undergone surgery for extensive, life-threatening damage, he is set to reside in the hospital and will eventually undergo rehabilitation for the next several weeks. Medical expenses are already accumulating, any amount would help Matt during and after his recovery.
