Hi my name is Lisa. I have to have surgery on my knee for a torn ACL and a larger tear in my meniscus. My surgeon told my that he will have to make a new ACL from a part of my hamstring and try to salvage my meniscus. He also told me there is no alternative. Surgery is scheduled for October 6th 2015. I need all this up front before they will do the surgery.
