This fundraising campaign is in loving memory of Michael D. Nispel (Mike), who passed away December 8th, 2020 from medical complications. Mike is survived by his wife Nancy, mother Donna, Sister Katie, and his four children, Thomas, Jennifer, Rachael, and Samantha. Mike was happiest watching his favorite teams playing (and there were many favorite teams), having something on the grill or in the kitchen that he was preparing for a large meal, and being at home with his wife and best dog buddy, Husker. He enjoyed fixing and puttering on his house as a excellent craftsman who could fix or update just about anything.
Michael had a hearty laugh and great sense of humor. He was great at mimicking and impersonations and would have all of us in stitches. He loved to tease his mother and sister, especially at work when he would call and disguise his voice to prank us and then have a good laugh.
In his memory and to help his wife with the final expenses incurred during his illness, we are setting up this fund for this purpose . The funds will be extremely helpful now and his wife will be the only recipient.
