I’m raising money for The Ningaloo Manta Project by running the Sydney Marathon!
On August 31st, I’ll be running the Sydney Marathon – 42.2 kilometers through one of the world’s most iconic cities. But I’m not just doing this for the personal challenge. I’m running to raise funds for a cause I deeply care about: the oceanic manta.
Why Ningaloo Mantas?
The oceanic manta rays of Ningaloo Reef, Western Australia, are majestic, mysterious, and increasingly vulnerable. The Ningaloo Manta Project is dedicated to the research, conservation, and protection of these gentle giants and their habitat.
Their work is vital – but relies on donations to continue.

My Goal
By completing the marathon, I hope to raise AUD $5000 for this important cause. Your support will help fund essential field research, awareness programs and conservation efforts. The main goal is to raise money for tags to track the mantas and satellite time to process the tags.
How You Can Help ✅
Donating is quick, secure, and simple – via credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. No account needed. You can also choose to donate anonymously if you prefer.
Every dollar makes a difference.
Thank you so much for your support!

After the race, I’ll post photos and let you know how it all went!
