Heyy, my name is Nina and I finally got the courage to ask for some help. I‘ve been working multiple jobs and trying to save money for different surgeries I have planned, but it‘s been really difficult.

I thank god that I‘m not struggling to survive, but as time passes dysphoria really makes it hard to keep up with life. And the fact that I‘m not able to save much money is making it much worse for me. I‘m starting to become hopeless about my future when it comes to gender affirming care, because many things are so insanely expensive and not all hard work pays off. So here I am, even though it‘s really hard for me to ask for help, thanks to my chosen family I‘m making this step.
