Nina Peyrot

As many of you know, while in Colorado, Nina suffered a stroke-and on her birthday no less. She was in the hospital for several days before she was strong enough to be moved back to Texas. She is currently at Carus rehab, fighting hard to get full function back on her left side.
I know that Nina and her family are not ones to reach out for help, even if they need it. She and Waylon might even get a little upset I'm doing this, but I'm banking on 20+years of friendship and they fact I know too much that she will have to love me anyway
As she recovers, Nina will not be able to work. As an independent business owner, no work means no income. As many of you, her husband's job was also affected during the quarantine, and he is just now being able to get back to work. Once she is released to go home, she will require continued outpatient rehab. This next year will be one of healing and unknown for the Peyrot family, but we are holding tight to the fact that God is in control!
While she heals, the increasing medical bills + no income does not need to be a worry. If you feel so lead, a blessing of any amount will be a help to relieve some of the burden off this family. I know they have been so touched and are grateful for the outpouring of love they have received with the meal train. This is just another avenue to be a blessing for the Peyrots.
