Niko Needs Emergency Surgery

Niko is a puppy and we adore her. She came home with us when she was 3 months old and brand new to the world. In the month that we've had her she's changed from a timid shelter puppy to an impossibly social and well rounded dog. She loves her fellow canines and people alike.

Today at the dog park she faceplanted in a ditch while running top speed. She tore the bottom lip off her jaw and needs emergency surgery. As we write this she is sedated and bleeding into her cone of shame. Her lip flaps in the wind. The good: she'll be alright after recovery. The bad: surgery is very expensive. Any amount will help us. Thanks.
