Dear Alvarado Community,
It's with a heavy heart that I wanted to let our families know that one of our students, Niko Dobrovolsky, passed away March 22nd.
She was a great friend to each and everyone she encountered. Niko had a personality like no other and will always have a space in our Alvarado hearts. Keep her and her family in your thoughts...
I was blessed to have Niko in my classroom for the past two years. While I was her teacher, I think she taught us all a lot more about patience, laughter and how to be strong-willed.
In lieu of flowers, her family would like to set up a fund for the special day class, Room 8, in her honor.
