Nikki’s Stolen Car Fund

Hey, friends - my sweet car Neptune was stolen from work on Saturday, January 6.

The above photo is Steve, my little dashboard homey. He reminds me to chill but to keep it moving, so in that spirit I’m here to ask for support.

Insurance is helping to cover the cost of a replacement vehicle, but I’m reaching out to my community for help with the rest.

A lot of you know that I recently graduated from school for massage therapy. I’ve been slowly trying to build my private practice and look for part-time work in my new field while bartending at everybody’s favorite neighborhood science bar, Thunderbolt.

Money is so tight right now, and being without a car in Los Angeles is no joke.

I know that the world is hurting, and there’s no shortage of people and projects that need our support.

It’s uncomfortable to ask for help, but if you’ve ever spent any time with me, you know how deeply I show up for my people and how deeply I believe in the power of community to uplift and to transform the world in ways that systems cannot.

Please help me get myself back together so I can get back to making a difference.
