Hi everyone,

As many of you know my name is Nikki, and next week I will be undergoing open-heart surgery to replace the mitral valve and address other serious complications. This has been an overwhelming and unexpected journey for both my husband and I.

Between the procedures, hospital stays, medications, and now the upcoming surgery, the bills are already far beyond what we can manage alone. On top of the medical expenses, the time away from work begins now, adding even more strain.
