I will be running the Cardiff Half Marathon on the 5th of October and I will be raising money for the Special Care Baby Unit at Prince Charles Hospital.

My niece Everly was born 2 months early on the 6th of Jan 2024 and spent 14 days at SCBU in PCH. I truly believe that SCBU nurses are real life superheroes, the care for Everly was absolutely outstanding and the support they provided for my sister and her partner during this time was absolutely amazing. As a family this was one of the hardest times we have been through and we are so unbelievably grateful to everything those at SCBU did for our girl - so I would love to give something back.
