Hello my name is jake I am 18 years old with 5 other siblings 3 of those being under age. on the 29th of March the day before mother's day sadly my mum passed away taking her own life due to not being able to handle anymore stress for those that know me would know I hate asking for help but I have no other choice anything that is donated would be much appreciated and would never be forgotten thank you very much
