Wednesday evening, Nikki was getting ready to leave work when her heart suddenly stopped working and she went into cardiac arrest. Luckily her co-worker, Tammy was there when it happened and was able to perform CPR until helped arrived. Nikki has been in the cardiac ICU since and is still there. She is on a ventilator and getting a little better each day. She will have to have a procedure done to have a pacemaker/defibrillator put in once she is stable enough & able to breath on her own. Nikki does not have health insurance and will be missing a lot of work during her recovery. She is the Mother of two beautiful girls. Please help her if you can. I think it will help lighten her burden as she recovers and be one less thing to worry about.
