I am reaching out for support as I pursue a residency program and career opportunity in July 2026 in Snæfellsnes, Iceland that truly feels like a dream come true. This residency, for the 2026 Iceland Eclipse Festival, combines everything I am passionate about—event planning, music festivals, traveling, astronomy, and fostering inclusion and connection. It’s a unique chance for me to grow in my field, learn from inspiring people, and bring my love for community and creativity to a new place.

The funds raised will go directly toward covering the program costs, including workshops, meals, and more, as described below. Your investment will allow me, a Black woman creative, to step into global spaces and bring representation into international festival design. I will be able to fully participate in every aspect of the residency, focus on learning and connecting, and make the most of this incredible opportunity. Your generosity will help me take a big step forward in my career and personal journey.

• $50 = workshop materials

• $75 = transportation from airport

• $150 = airline baggage fees

• $300 = half of festival ticket
