Nik, Bud and Braxton get back home to Medicine Hat Alberta

Hi all! My name is Ciara and I am a friend of Nik's. Thank you for taking the time to read their story. They are in need of support and I think if we all group together, we can do this!

On June 23rd our little family made a move from Alberta to a small town in Manitoba with the hopes of a more simple life with our neurodivergent family.

We had been invited by a family member who had promised us a life there with her. As she was close to my husband, we decided after some convincing on their end, this was the right choice.

In October the family member told us we had to leave and sold the house as well as our belongings from under us. She then moved back to Alberta leaving us here to deal with this on our own.

We lost our vehicle (a gift from a family member no longer with us)

due to the paperwork not being accurately filled out.

Unfortunately there are no jobs available here in town without the use of a car.

Both my fiance and son are on the autism spectrum and as much as this town is a beautiful place, it's just not the right fit for our little family and we are struggling to make it here.

We are looking for assistance to get us back home to our support group and where we know we will be successful again.

Funds will go towards the U-Haul, gas,food, and start up costs for a new rental back home.

At this point anything helps and we are truly grateful for the smallest to the largest donation.
