Nightmarish sounds in my head

I suffer from an extreme case of tinnitus, which makes it almost impossible to sleep, compose music, or write. There is hope, though, at a clinic in the U.K., where they have a high degree of success in treating my particular neurological disorder.

I'll have to stay for a month or so on the first trip. My financial goal may seem like a lot, but this is a two-year treatment program, and I'll have to go back periodically.  On each trip to the UK I'll need to rent a place to stay and allow for living expenses and incidentals.

Goal is $35,000.
