Support Izzy Kee's Kpop Quest to South Korea

Hello Izzy’s Quest Supporter,
I am Islmayaat Bakre, you may know me as Izzy Kee . I am a 16 year old Nigerian -American rising high school senior. I am from a single parent household of an entrepreneurial mother and we reside with our two fur cat babies San & Cairo. Thank you for being curious about this quest.
I am raising my voice for support on airfare and spending money for my quest to study abroad in Seoul, South Korea this July.
I was awarded a full immersion 3-week scholarship to learn, network and participate in the Mecca of the KPop Entertainment Music Industry.
If you don’t know what that means allow me to catch you up to the year 2022.
This trip is hosted by CIEE, a non-profit study abroad organization that encourages development and connection across the globe.
I am so excited because I was chosen based on academics 3.9 GPA, Character and Passion to have a front row seat opportunity to learn from successful producers, critics, executives, and top talent.
As if that isn’t enough I will also emerge into Korean culture and language.
The goal of the trip is to ignite my passion and evolve my skills as a budding Entertainment Executive with a special interest in Asian influence technology and culture.
I am asking for support
$2000 round trip airfare
$700 for trip preparation and spending cash.
I know you wouldn’t know this but I was once a medically fragile child. I had epilepsy from 4 years old until I was healed at 12. Burdened by doctors who were adamant that I would be mentally disabled, but my mom and I were determined to overcame it and we did.
That taught me to take full advantage of my life in a positive manner and do what I can to leave an impact in whatever I choose to accomplish.
As a student who is currently studying in Rosarito Mexico, while still learning the Spanish language. I plan to be the first in my family to attend an Ivy League school. I have created a global k-pop community organization, called TreasurexGlobal, which encourages connection and growth through music. I am focused and intentional about my life and your investment helps me get one power step closer to living my God-Given purpose.
