Hello,
My name is Nico Rotelli, and I am a 17-year-old 11th grade student at Los Osos High School in Rancho Cucamonga. I am working toward a future career as a veterinarian, and I currently volunteer at Marshall Canyon Equestrian Center where I help care for horses. This experience has strengthened my commitment to pursuing a career in veterinary medicine with a specialty in large animals.
I am writing to share that I have been interested in the Broadreach Costa Rica Veterinary Program, an educational opportunity that provides hands-on experience working alongside veterinarians, caring for a variety of animals, and learning about wildlife conservation in a real-world setting. This experience will enrich my knowledge in veterinary medicine.
After high school, I plan to attend California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo majoring in Animal Science with a minor in Equine Science and then continuing on to veterinary school at UC Davis. This program is an important step in helping me gain early, real-world experience in the field. By attending this program I would receive 3 natural science college credits and 20 service hours for the California Scholarship Federation for high school.
I am currently fundraising to cover the cost of tuition and travel for this program. Any contribution—whether it is a donation, sponsorship, or even simply sharing my fundraiser—would mean a great deal to me and help me take a meaningful step toward my goals.
Thank you very much for your time and consideration. Supporting this educational opportunity can make a lasting impact on my future, and I truly appreciate your support.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. I would be happy to provide more information if needed.
Sincerely,
Nico Rotelli
