Tragically my best friend and mother of our three children passed away suddenly on the 1st June 2017. Nicole was 38 years old and leaves behind a loving husband and three beautiful children.
Nicole had a vision of visiting Hawaii for her 40th but this no longer can happen due to these tragic turn of events. But we want to spread Nicole's ashes in Hawaii for her 40th as a special tribute in honour of a fantastic woman. We would ideally like to fly her children Ryan, who is 14 years old, Rylee, who is 11 years old and Hayden, who is their 9 year old son over to share this special moment as a family.
As you can imagine this is an incredibly difficult time for us all, our close family and friends are still coming to terms with this sudden loss but we believe this can be a special moment for the family in remembering a woman who would do anything for her family (so I'm trying my best to live up to her legacy).
Nicole was an amazing mother, awesome wife and a great friend who had a massive heart. Nicole would do anything for her family and friends and would always put them first over her own needs. Life is not easy and to add this into the mix is incredibly hard. Nicole would do everything for her family, especially her kids and for such young children to lose such an instrumental person in their life is soul crushing and a massive blow to the Slatyer family.
We are hoping to raise money to support the Slatyer kids in their journey to try to come to grips with this sudden tragedy.
I will be the administrator for the account and will withdraw the funds and distribute the funds for the Slatyer kids as required for their health and development.
