Nicole Bone Marrow Transplant Fund

My name is Nicole Sansone I am 22 years old and recently was diagnosed with Aplastic Anemia and Stage 1 (AVN) Avascular Necrosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Muscular Skeleton Pain. You might not know what Aplastic Anemia really is, and that’s okay for the first couple of months where my health started to take a turn for the worse a lot of the actual doctors couldn’t figure out what was wrong with me. Aplastic Anemia is a blood disorder which the bone marrow, and the blood stem cells that reside there, are damaged. I have for the past previous months been receiving weekly blood transfusions and platelet transfusions, trust me no fun at all , extremely stressful and still pretty terrifying . I’ve recently actually received some very good news that I have been approved for a Bone Marrow Transplant at the Moffit Cancer Medical Center, in Tampa, FL.  I have been extremely blessed by the fact that the Moffit Center was able to find me a matching Bone Marrow donor within 2 to 3 months. The starting Bone Marrow Transplant procedures is scheduled to initially begin on June 1st, 2015.  I do have medical insurance however I still have a tremendous amount of expenses associated with my illness.  Including, medical Insurance fee's, medication, transportation costs and also four month's outpatient costs due to the necessity of being in the Tampa area.  Any financial assistance would be so greatly appreciated.  Love Nicole.
