Hello my name is Catherine "Nicole" Moore and I have been diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. I am fundraising because so many people (friends from different places & co workers from different plants) asked what can you do to help me on this fight for my life and help secure some things in my kids future (which is mostly my concern) . This would definitely help my family feel comfortable while taking days off to take care of me (hospital stays & chemo days) because fmla is not a paid leave.
