I am writing this note to ask for help for the family of one of my high school students, Nicole Kremer.  The reason why I’m asking for help for Nicole is because for years her family has relied on the money provided by her grandmother to pay for a significant amount of the bills coming in, but with her passing Nicole’s family simply will not be able to make ends meet.  As for her parents, Nicole’s mother abandoned her and the family over 10 years ago and her father suffers from mental health issues and has been struggling during this time as well.  Simply put, Nicole needs our help.  Since they can no longer afford to stay in their current home, Nicole and her father will have to find a new place to live that is more affordable.  It is my hope that while Nicole is dealing with the loss of the grandmother who raised her and the new reality that she will soon have to leave her home behind, those of us who are able would be willing to help make this painful time of transition perhaps just a little bit easier for her by helping her take care of some of the expenses that her and her father currently can’t afford.  If you can find it in your heart, please donate something to help Nicole.  Anything.  Your help would be greatly appreciated.

The expenses I'm hoping to help her with include:
- Cremation costs for her grandmother,
- Bills (rent, electric, water, credit card)
