On Sunday, June 20, 2021 Nicole Self passed away in a tragic accident and was taken from her family and children way too soon.

Nicole leaves behind two daughters, Brooklyn, 8 and Addisyn, 7 who adored her immensely along with her mother, sister, and brother.

This GoFundMe was created to help alleviate financial stress for her family during this heartbreaking time. All funds will go towards her memorial service, attorney fees,, and taking care of anything her two little girls will need as they try to adjust to this new life without their mom.
