Update!!

Nicole has unfortunately been diagnosed with Stage 4 Metastatic breast cancer, which means it has spread to another part of her body, for her this is her liver, making her cancer generally incurable. She has been off work since September 2020 due to her Nursing career being a physically and mentally demanding one.

We hope the medications she has started since she finished chemotherapy will help keep the cancer at bay so she can live a long life!!

Please keep her in your continued thoughts we all truly appreciate it!!

History

Having just recently battled cancer in March 2020 we are sad to say Nicole has to go through all of this again.

Nicole found another lump in her reconstructed breast, which was recently biopsied and found to be cancerous again. She was able to return to her work and passion of being a nurse helping others for only a couple of short months and was not able to rebuild her savings as of yet.

Being diagnosed with breast cancer for the second time and needing to have another couple of surgeries to remove the cancer again is extremely disheartening and frustrating to say the least. 
Nicole will be having a lumpectomy Tuesday October 27th, this has all happened very quickly and we are trying to ensure Nicole will not have to worry about funds during this time.

At this time we are unsure of what further treatment Nicole will require ongoing or how long she will need to remain off work.
