Nicole Marie Green was a daughter, sister, friend and one of the most genuine women who has walked this earth. She was true to herself, and was taken from this world too soon. Her love for family, friends, Packers, ketchup and espresso will forever be ingrained in our minds and hearts. The many memories that she has left behind will always put a smile on our faces in times of sadness.

 

Funds will be given directly to the family in order to cover memorial costs and other tributes as seen fit. Even a small message or memorable story is a token of appreciation.

 

A Celebration of Nicole’s Life will be held from 12-4 p.m. Saturday, December 4, 2021, at Chippewa Valley Cremation Services – Celebration of Life Center, 1717, Devney Drive, Altoona, WI. A prayer service & time of reflection will begin at 2 p.m.

 

Additionally, there will be an additional Celebration of Life held from 12-6 p.m. Sunday, December 12th, 2021 at Grizzly's Wood-Fired Grill and Bar, 220 Carlson Pkwy N, Plymouth, MN 55447.

Per the "GoFundMe" guidelines, below are the statements I need to make in order to create withdrawals:

My relationship to the beneficiary is family friend. I will be withdrawing the funds and delivering them to the beneficiary by a cashier's check written out to the Green family, specifically Mary and Jerry Green, which will be given to them during their next visit to Minnesota within the next 2 weeks. I will write the check as soon as funds are available and will be removing the page once the transaction is complete.
