Nicole Colonna and Adam Wisniewski Fire Relief
On the afternoon of July 23, 2021, a massive fire broke out in building four of the Bristol Station apartment complex in Carteret, NJ. All 48 units are destroyed, displacing 75 residents.
Nicole; her boyfriend, Adam; and their doggy, Zoey, lived on the top floor of building four. When the fire broke out, Nicole was at work and Adam was home and able to safely evacuate the building with Zoey. We are so thankful that no one was harmed, but they have lost everything they owned.
Anyone who knows Nicole realizes how thoughtful and caring she is of others. Nicole teaches middle school in Midtown Manhattan and cares deeply about her students' education. "Goddess Colonna" as she's affectionately known as by her students pours every ounce into her lessons to create a fun learning environment, including dressing up in elaborate costumes. Her friendly and fun demeanor is a positive source of light to all of those around her.
Adam is an engineer at Siemens. He is level-headed in tough situations and has been Nicole's and Zoey's rock for support during the past day following this tragedy. Even so, Adam still has a goofy and laid back side. Adam and Nicole's similar sense of humor is what drew them together in college seven years ago, when they began dating, and the rest is history.
We are asking you to please consider donating to help Nicole and Adam recover from this devastating fire. They will need all the help they can get to rebuild their lives. All proceeds will be used to help Nicole, Adam, and Zoey find a new home and begin to replace everything that was lost in the fire. Thank you for your consideration!
