My Son Nicolas Custody Battle

My Friends, I am humbly coming to you all to please help me!  My ex-wife has taken my beloved son away from me and I need legal assistance that I just cannot afford on my own and time is of the essence.  Many of you know about how she abandoned us 4 years ago and wanted nothing to do with us.  In the last few days, she has falsely accused me of some terrible things and has taken my son away from me.  I am in the middle of some heavy and costly legal and custody battles and I need your help, please.

My lawyer fees currently add up to $6,000 and the custody battle will probably be a lot as well.  I am doing everything I can to fight this; I am even refinancing my house to help pay for the ongoing cost of this custody battle.  However, I need these funds by December 1st since the case has been continued until then.
