Hello my name is Kyra. I am the sister in law of Nicolas Larose.

On February 22, Nicolas was admitted to the hospital for issues with his liver. He spent a few days in emerg, until they were finally able to find him a bed. With 27 hours of finally having a bed our sweet Nic was on life support.

In what feels like a flash of the eye, Nicolas was in multi- organ failure with extremly low blood pressure. With an amazing team at HSN ICU department, the fabulous doctors and nurses racked their brains trying to figure out and understand what was happening to his body. He qas finally diagnosed with a very rare form of Fatty Liver Disease.

Nicolss does not drink, doesn't smoke and never touched drugs of any kind. His disease was so advantaged that no matter what medical advances there were to offer, they were not able to help our sweet guy.

Nicolas went through many blood transfusions, dialysis treatments and was on a ventalor to help him breath.

His young body was not able to correct the damage that his liver had caused and unfortunately, on March 10th at 1015 am, he lost his battle at the young age of 25.

Leaving behind a heartbroken mother, brother, sister in law and nephew among his very large extended family.

Nicolas fought a very short, yet truly courageous battle. Nicolas is the youngest son to Natalie Trottier and only brother to Christian Trottier.

After a 2 week long battle, Nicolas was no longer strong enough to keep fighting.

He was on life support for 11 days, before his loving family had to make the most difficult decision and stop life saving measures.

With his most beloved family by his side, he took his final breath.

His mom did her absolute best to get her son the absolute best care as he fought a short battle of liver failure.

As a heartbroken grieving mother, Natalie is facing some very challenging times.

His loving family is in need to help Natalie, Christian and myself, time to grief and give Nicolas a best memorial
