Hello my name is Nicolas Pegorer and I am 16 years old. Soccer is my passion and has been since I first started playing when I was 5 years old. I have played club soccer for many years in Southern California and I have improved year after year trying to fulfill my full potential.
Recently, I had the opportunity to try out for a USA Soccer Stars "all star" team which will represent the United States of America in the upcoming 2017 Mediterranean International Cup (MIC) in Barcelona, Spain. This is a huge youth tournament, where the best academy teams in the world participate, including FC Barcelona, Real Madrid, Manchester United, Inter Milan, Bayern Munich, and more.
Thankfully, my try outs were successful and I made the team that will be traveling to Barcelona this coming April 2017. With the expenses of airfare from Los Angeles to Barcelona , accomadations for 10 days, meal expenses, and more, the total cost that I need to raise by January 31st 2017 is $3,300. This will be a great experience for me and will bring so much opportunity, as there will be scouts from professional clubs in attendance, and the competition will be excellent.
I am the oldest of four brothers and we recently had the blessing of a healthy baby (my youngest brother) this past August. My parents have made great financial sacrifices for us but unfortunately the cost of this trip is too overwhelming for our family at this time. Thus, I would like to ask for your support in raising the $3,300 to help cover the costs of this trip and experience. If you cannot donate, I understand, but I would like to ask for you to please share this with family, friends, or through social media. Thank you so very much for your time and consideration!
