Nicky’s facial feminisation fund

Hi my name is Nicky, I’m a trans woman, who has been fighting transphobia and discrimination most of my adult life. When I was 8or 9 my parents made me take boxing lessons (to toughen me up and make me more of a man! Well times were  different then?) but it only added to my depression and gender dysphoria. Since then I’ve struggled with the fact that I’ll always a be woman with the face of a punch-drunk boxer. Which as u can imagine is not a good look when u are trying to blend in and pass as a woman in society. I have experienced many verbal and psychical assaults for just living my life . I have been on waiting list for gender reassignment surgery for 6years but the G.I.C. don’t anything about abouts trans women’s faces which is pretty bad if u have the body of a woman and a head that looks masculine in appearance, there’s only so much that make up can hide.
