Hi, my name is Amy and Nicky was my mum. Mum sadly passed away at 6pm on Thursday 5th June. She was very unwell in hospital for some time, and her body just wasn't strong enough to recover from a chest infection and other complications following surgery. She had lots of visitors in her final days, and myself and her friends were by her side in her final moments. She died in a deep peaceful sleep and felt no pain.

Mum didn't have much, especially not in her last few years, but she did have some good friends and lots of people who loved her and cared for her. I am reaching out to mums friends, family and acquaintances and asking for contributions towards giving her a decent send off. As it stands, there is no money to put towards a funeral. I am exploring all options to raise funds, and welcome any contributions you might be able to make, however small.

We'd love to be able to give mum a decent service and cremation, and follow up with some kind of picnic in the park with close friends and family.
