It is with great sadness, but also with hope, we share with you the unexpected passing of Nick Mousouroulis, at the age of 34.
Nicky is survived by Anna Maria, his best friend and wife, and their two beautiful children, Nico (4) and Angelo(2). Nicky was also a beloved son, brother, nephew, uncle, cousin, and friend, who will be greatly missed.
Nicky looked over those close to him; he anticipated the needs of others and provided help to shield them from any sense of hardship or want. Always the dedicated family man, his wife and children will honor his memory by sharing the love that he so readily shared throughout his life.
This caring, soft spoken, hardworking man, would do anything for his family, would never let them down, nor leave them. Although it was very sudden, with a lot of love around him, help was sought, but not in time.
Emulating Nicky’s concern for others, we, as a family want to bring awareness to the issue of mental health as an illness in the hope of helping others currently struggling.
As Anna Maria works through the unexpected loss of her beloved husband, she will be taking time off from teaching to mourn; sadly she is still mourning her father who she lost less than a year ago. Please help assist Anna and the boys as they journey through this time of immeasurable grief. Help is needed now to meet the demands of everyday life, such as healthcare, mortgage payments, and education, to mention a few. No donation is too small, all will be tremendously appreciated. Your donation will greatly reduce the burden of financial stress and allow Anna to focus on what is most important, her two beautiful children. Part of Nicky’s legacy is his many spontaneous acts of kindness; if financial help is not an option, or you would just like to do more, please keep his memory alive with an act of kindness to another, for which he was so well known and loved.
Thank you so much for your consideration, and please know what a profound impact any generosity you can spare will have on their lives.
Life is precious. Kiss your children, love your family, try to carry less baggage and lighten the load.
